GADSL 是什麼？

全球汽車產業使用 GADSL（Global Automotive Declarable Substance List）
來管理材料中：

• 禁用物質（Prohibited substances）

• 限用物質（Restricted substances）

• 需申報物質（Declarable substances）

 

Bayferrox® 是否符合 GADSL？

根據 LANXESS 官方聲明：

 

氧化鐵顏料與相關產品 不使用 GADSL 列表中的受管制物質

適用產品包含：

• BAYFERROX®（氧化鐵顏料）

• COLORTHERM®（耐高溫顏料）

• Bayoxide®（氧化物產品）

 

鉻系產品

製程中使用 重鉻酸鈉（Sodium dichromate）

但：最終產品中不含該物質，Cr(VI) 僅為「極低痕量存在」

1️⃣ 材料可追溯（Material transparency）

→ 必須符合 GADSL

2️⃣ 環境與法規風險控制

→ 避免：

• 重金屬

• SVHC

• 禁用添加物

3️⃣ OEM 審核

→ IMDS / compliance system 必須過
